Welcome to PIXIE'S BORDELLO

Every Friday from 2-4 I'll be slipping you into something a little more comfortable...Music from back in the day, when we all had bad hair and most of you weren't born yet. Back when stage diving didn’t get you thrown out of a club, and Clash concerts turned into riots; back when the English Beat made everyone smile, (even though we were punks and any display of happiness of way uncool) but way before Billy Idol became the fatherly type.

Big Love, DJ Pixie

P.S.
I know. It's a terrible name. It might even lead people to think that I am some sort of proprietor of Pixie flesh, but really, I had about three minutes to come up with a name, and the obvious Lust for Life had already been stolen from me by Iggy Pop, so I really had no choice.

Aside from this questionable Bordello thing, this whole Pixie thing has created it's own friction on the home front, with cries of "I know Pixie's, and you ain't no Pixie!!" ringing through my hallways. But it's too late now. I'm sure a lot of people laughed when Oshea Jackson told people to call him Ice Cube - I know I did, right to his face in fact. I had no idea who he was back then, oops.

So maybe you shouldn't ask me to name your baby, but that doesn't mean I'm not going to play you great music on Friday afternoons, so just pipe down and listen up.
